               After buying a house in the Nashville area (Hendersonville) in June of 2001, a job transfer left me with a need to move quickly to Chattanooga.  I didn’t want my wife and children to stay behind while we waited on the long process of selling a house.  Having just bought the house six months prior to learning I had to move, I knew I would either lose money on the sale or raise the price above fair market value in order to cover realtor fees and other closing costs.  So I heard about the solution that Heartland Holdings offered and immediately was interested.  From working with them, I’ve never missed a beat.  I was able to immediately go and look for another house in Chattanooga without having to worry about my house in Hendersonville.  As I was new to the opportunity, they walked me through the entire process and helped me understand each step.  It couldn’t have been easier on my part.  I’d definitely recommend Heartland Holdings as a solution to the house you want and need to get out of.  With today’s market and the economy the way it is, my house would still likely be on the market, and either I would be in a corporate apartment, separated from my wife and children, or I’d be making two house payments.  Thanks to them, we can focus on the future.
